Women of Worth: 1998, Faith Spears White had a burden for the widows of the ministry in her home state and spoke with General Superintendant Nathaniel Urshan about endorsing a national program for the widows. She was advised to work with the Ladies Division and met with Gwyn Oakes. Together they created Women of Worth and developed a nationwide plan. Jean Carney of Mississippi became the Director and Peggy Readout of Connecticut is editor of the newsletter. |
